Lobbies Halls and Common Areas

Lobby entry doors and glass areas to be clean.
Remove any gum from carpeting and mats and exterior perimeter.
Empty and damp wipe all trash containers as needed.
Vacuum or clean all hall and door mats.
Wipe clean directories and displays as necessary.
Remove fingerprints and smudges from all doors, frames and wall coverings.
Water fountains: Ensure clean, healthy conditions at the water fountains, all fountain surface area including the dispensing areas, bowls, metal housing and all bright metal fixture units will be clean and polished.
Remove empty boxes and trash from designated areas once each hour.
Report all mechanical deficiencies (I.E. dripping faucets, etc.) to building manager
Spot clean (minor spills) all spots and adherents must be removed as they occur from floors.

Restrooms Checked

Wipe clean counters and sinks
Wipe clean all mirrors and power shelves.
Empty paper towel, sanitary napkins, and waste receptacles, clean, disinfect and remove paper to designated areas.
Fill all paper towel dispensers, toilet tissue dispensers, and soap dispensers.
Remove all finger marks.
Remove fingerprints and smudges from all doors, frames and wall coverings.
Clean toilets and urinals.
Spot mop any spots and spills from floor
